Yet they refuse to do so unless compelled as is alledged. Wherefore in all Law Equity and Justice and in Terms of the aforesaid Act of Sedurunt the said defenders aught and should be decerned and ordained by Decree of Court to flit and remove themselves and their foresaids forth and from their occupations and possessions of the houses, grass, pasturage of the said lands and pertinents thereof at the term of Whitsunday (Old Style) next to come Eighteen hundred and five years; and from the arable grounds thereof at the separation of the ensuing crop from the ground in the said year and to desist and cease therefrom and leave the same void and redd it against the said terms or at such other time or terms as may correspond with their entry into possession to the effect the complainer or others in his name may then enter thereto and set use and dispose thereof at pleasure conform to the Laws and daily practice of Scotland used and observed in like cases in all points HEREFORE IT IS MY WILL and I charge you strictly and command that ye lawfully summon warn and charge the said defenders personally or at their respective dwelling places to compear before me or my substitute in a Sheriff Court to be holden within the ordinary court house at Tobermory the [space left blank] day of March current in the hour of cause to answer at the instance of the said pursuer in the matters lybelled.
